Commonwealth civil society groups arriving early for the Beijing+15 CSW 54 session in New York are invited to attend a briefing hosted by the Commonwealth Secretariat on Friday, 26 February 2010 at the Millennium Plaza Hotel, (opposite Church Centre). Beginning at 4pm, the meeting agenda will focus on the Civil Society report  to the National Women's Machineries on implementation of
the Commonwealth Plan of Action for Gender Equality and the Mid-term review process

This meeting on 26 February precedes a consultation by national women's machineries hosted by the Commonwealth Secretariat on 27 -28 Feb. 2010.
